This mixer's material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and mixing blade shaft) are all made of all-alloy materials, so no spraying or electroplating is required. The machine is used for the controlled-temperature stirring, dispersing, and mixing of metal powders with binders and other formulas. After the materials form a pasty mass, they are extruded and granulated in preparation for subsequent processing steps.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that travel along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors before returning to the rotor top. Within the enclosed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation materials for optimal performance.

The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design that eliminates dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are manufactured from full alloy materials, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.

• The motor and electrical components are built with a fully sealed design, providing waterproof and dustproof operation.
• A pressure gauge is fitted at the oil outlet, featuring an automatic high-pressure alarm function.
• The oil storage tank is equipped with low oil level protection.
• The oil filling operation cycle allows the single oil filling time to be programmed via the control panel.
• A dust- and odor-proof collection shield is installed above the mixing tank, with an air outlet that can be connected to the plant's dust collection system, significantly reducing operator exposure to dust and harmful gases.
• An integrated thermal insulation system is included.
