The two rotors inside the mixing chamber operate at predetermined speed ratios, picking up material at the feed port and carrying it into the roller gap, where it is compressed and sheared. As the material exits the gap, it collides with the sharp edge of the W-shaped chamber, where it is divided into two streams that travel along the front and rear walls before looping back to the top of the rotors. Within this closed environment, the compound experiences vigorous shear and blending under regulated pressure and temperature, yielding thorough dispersion, effective plasticization, and consistent formula performance.

The "W"-shaped mixing chamber, combined with an "M"-shaped lower pressure cover, creates a fully enclosed mixing environment. The prismatic spiral stirring blade eliminates dead angles, enabling precise shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. Constructed from high-quality, high-carbon steel, the hollow stirring blade and other material-contact components undergo tempering, deep nitriding heat treatment (72 hours in vacuum), and tungsten carbide coating with smooth surface finishing. This ensures wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.

• Changfeng's anti-leakage powder device uses mechanical shaft seal tightening with self-lubricating seal rings, maintaining compression and sealing during operation. This reduces wear and minimizes noise from leakage.
• Through-type heating system provides faster, more uniform temperature transfer, offering 50% greater efficiency than traditional heating plates. Optional PLC program control system available.
• Complex tube belt design in the mixing chamber ensures excellent heat exchange and precise temperature control. Water-cooled rotors prevent material sticking, enhance temperature accuracy, and promote even dispersion.
